metro access coffee machine locked windows breakfast reservation
the location was convenient for metro access. the room included a nespresso coffee machine (i always appreciate a good coffee).
the windows did not open for ventilation. i found this quite strange in an otherwise lovely hotel. breakfast required a reservation (even though the restaurant was half empty). i had not been told this at check-in.

the room was modern with convenient amenities i found two bedside tables with integrated power outlets useful the blackout curtains ensured restful sleep i appreciated the spacious work desk complete with an ergonomic chair it allowed me to comfortably manage my tasks
the elevators were somewhat slow at peak times it was a minor inconvenience

clean reception fast check-in convenient location wooden blind ensuite design light issue
The reception was so clean! the valet whisked away my car. check-in took only 40 seconds. I was quickly in my room. the location is amazing. it is close to all the sights and venues. i was excited about my experience there. i will come back!
my room windows had slatted wooden blinds. there was no blind in the ensuite. light spilled into the bedroom from the bathroom. i did not like it at all!!!

convenient location accessible gym slow service inattentive staff
The hotel boasts a convenient location near shops and attractions, and the gym was accessible at all hours.
I was disappointed with the staff in the Doyal. It took over fifteen minutes for anyone to approach our table. We left because the service was so slow and inattentive, it was frustrating.

machine noise unpleasant staff
the location was good.
My room faced an interior courtyard. There were machines installed there. this noise made it difficult to sleep. also, staff in the cafeteria seemed generally unpleasant.
